The Virginia LMSC Annual Meeting will occur Sunday, Oct 3 at 1pm in Richmond, VA.

• Every LMSC member is invited to attend, though only members of the LMSC Board of Directors (as defined in the LMSC By-Laws) will allowed to vote on action items. The meeting will be held in the first-floor conference room of the Gottwald Center of the Sciences on the University of Richmond campus. Driving directions and a campus map should help you get to the meeting.
• The planned agenda has been posted, and includes approval of the FY2011 budget and electrion of LMSC officers to a new two-year term. Please contact the LMSC chair if you have any questions or concerns that you think should be addressed at the meeting.
