I have recently added a couple of great swim-related links to the website:
- RobAquatics. If you want to keep a flavor of OW over the winter, this is the website for you. It was started by Rob Dumouchel as a swim blog but has morphed into something bigger. Rob is seriously into open water swimming, and his site is packed with great photos, race reports and training stories.
- Swimming Science. This is a fairly new site, featuring contributions from Dr. John Mullen, Allan Phillips, and Chris Plumb. While there is plenty of information about the physiology and biomechanics of swimming for the more cerebral swimmer and coach, there are also plenty of videos, interviews and great training tips.
Both sites offer frequent updates that can be delivered to you by subscription or RSS feed. Interesting posts will make there way to this site on occasion.
