Fifty-six swimmers kicked off the fall season with the inaugural Pickin’ Up Steam meet at Randolph-Macon College in beautiful Ashland, VA. Judging from the fast swimming, something in the water agreed with these people! Results have been posted, as well as some photos.
Six new LMSC records were set, including three by 90-year-old Marianna Berkley, competing in her new age group. The complete list of new records is given below.
