Virginia Registration

This is the form you need to register with the LMSC of Virginia and US Masters; you may also register online. However, if you are in the 18-24 age group, you must use the paper form if you wish to claim the $15 membership discount.

If you are already registered with another LMSC and that registration is current with this year, you will not need to register unless you wish to change team affiliation (use the Transfer form for that). Membership in US Masters is annual and everyone must re-register each year by December 31.

Club Application Form

This form is used if you wish to register a team within the Virginia LMSC. Like membership, team registration is required annually.

Transfer Form

Use this form if you are already registered with a team and would like to transfer membership from one team to another within the LMSC of Virginia.

One Event Registration

This form is used to register swimmers for one day of competition. Remember all swimmers in a Sanctioned Masters meet must be registered with USMS. They must register either using the Virginia Registration form or the One event Registration form.

Financial Report Form

This form is to be used by meet directors after a swim meet to notify the LMSC of the financial status of the meet.

Receiving your first issue of USMS Swimmer

Newly-registered swimmers sometimes ask why they haven't yet received their first issue of USMS SWIMMER Magazine. The Magazine is published bimonthly by United States Masters Swimming. The mailing list is prepared from the list of registered swimmers 1-1/2 months in advance of publication. A subscription for swimmers registered by the following dates will begin with the issue shown.
