The Colonies Zone 2013 Long Course Championship were held in Richmond, VA, on June 22-23. There was a lot of fast swimming in a great facility!
On June 9 more than 500 swimmers participated in one of the most storied open water events, the 4.4-mi Great Chesapeake Bay Swim, including members of our LMSC.

On Friday May 10 at USMS Spring Nationals, LMSC Chair Patty Miller was presented with the 2013 Ransom Arthur Award. This is a huge honor: the award is given annually to the USMS registered person who has done the most to further the objectives of Masters swimming.
