| Form | Description |
|---|---|
| Individual Registration | This is the form you need to use to register with USMS as a member of the Virginia LMSC. You may also register online; however, if you are in the 18-24 age group, you must use the paper form if you wish to claim a $15 membership discount. Membership expires Dec 31 of the current year, and must be renewed annually. |
| Club Registration | Use this form (available in PDF or MS Word formats) to register a team within the Virginia LMSC. Like membership, team registration is required annually. |
| Transfer | Use this form if you are already registered with a team and would like to transfer membership from one team to another within the LMSC of Virginia. |
| One-event Registration | This form can be used to register swimmers for a single day of competition. Remember all swimmers in a Sanctioned Masters event must be registered with USMS. Not all sanctioned events (or LMSCs) accept one-event registrations. |
| Financial Report | This form is to be used by meet directors after a swim meet to notify the LMSC of the financial status of the meet. |
Receiving your first issue of USMS Swimmer
Newly-registered swimmers sometimes ask why they haven’t yet received their first issue of USMS SWIMMER Magazine. The Magazine is published bimonthly by United States Masters Swimming. The mailing list is prepared from the list of
registered swimmers 1-1/2 months in advance of publication. A subscription for swimmers registered by the following dates will begin with the issue shown.
- Register by Nov. 15 to receive the Jan/Feb issue
- Register by Jan. 15 to receive the Mar/Apr issue
- Register by Mar. 15 to receive the May/Jun issue
- Register by May 15 to receive the Jul/Aug issue
- Register by July 15 to receive the Sep/Oct issue
- Register by Sep. 15 to receive the Nov/Dec issue
