Weighted Dolphin Kick Drill
- USMS superstar Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen recently held a Freestyle Clinic in Virginia Beach (pictures and story in this month's newsletter). In an article on the USMS website, she describes an interesting drill: the Dive Weight Dolphin Kick.
