  • Think a leopard can't change its spots? As rebuttal I present the case of Becky Fenson, an LMSC member who was recently featured in a very nice story written by staff member (and VMST member) Laura Jones.
• One Hour Postal Results
  • The preliminary results of the One Hour Postal National Championships are available. There were 37 members who competed, representing 5 clubs in our LMSC.

• Non-specific Dryland Training
  • Richard Abrahams shares his philosophy for dryland training in an article he wrote in 2009, Dryland Training: A Nonspecific Approach.
• Preliminary Top 10 Listings for SCM11
  • The preliminary Top 10 listings for the 2011 short-course meters (SCM) season, which ran 1/1/11 - 12/31/11, are now available. Members from our LMSC have done posted quite a few potential top ten times in individual and relay swims.
• There's a Drill for That
  • Cokie Lepinski, a 2010 USMS Kerry O'Brien Coaching Award winner, recently came out with an inexpensive eBook collecting 125 drills covering all four competitive strokes.
