Great Chesapeake Bay Swim Results

USMS Summer Nationals Results
Seventeen swimmers from our LMSC journeyed to Puerto Rico for the USMS 2010 Summer Nationals, with excellent results!
Chris Greene Lake Results Posted
VMST hosted the USMS 2-mile Cable National Championship on July 10 at Chris Greene Lake, Charlottesville, VA. The official results have been added to the website, and the race was featured in an entry of competitor Rob Dumouchel’s blog, RobAquatics.

Training and racing for open water swims certainly puts you in situations you never find in the pool! VMST members Kelly (Parker) Palace and husband Mark are preparing for the 2nd Annual Kingdom Swim (July 24) in Lake Memphremagog, Vermont; apparently this couple who had the same idea.
