VMST wins 2010 LCM Zone Championship

The Colonies Zone LCM Championship was held in College Park, MD on Aug 21-22. There were 38 swimmers from our LMSC entered, representing 4 different clubs: QMST (1), SHYM (1), UNAT (2), VMST (30), WAVA (4). The unofficial results have been uploaded.

Final SCY 2010 Top Ten list published

The final Top Ten listings for the 2010 Short-Course Yards season have been published, and as usual the swimmers in our LMSC performed very well. The SCY season runs from June 1 of the previous year through May 31 of the current year. Click title to find out more LMSC highlights for the season.
